1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order online: choose the item, press “Add to the cart” (near the name). A pop-up window with a cart will appear where you can check the item and quantity. If everything is correct press “precede to checkout”. Then, you have to give the information to the system and choose type fo shipment and type of payments.
ATTENTION! Always check the information (such as your name, address, telephone and etc.)
2. Why do I cannot just call and place an order?
In order to receive your parcel at the Russian Post ofﬁce or other carriers expect that all given information (such as your name, address, phone number) is 100% correct and real. Placing an order by phone and giving such information can be distorted and that is why all orders should be placed online.
3. How do I get that my order is placed and is being processed?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with a conﬁrmation of your order with the number of your order. This email is a conﬁrmation that we received your order and its now ready for being processed. Please, check your information in the received email! In case you will ﬁnd some inaccuracy of your information, give us a call or contact us by email.
4. How long will it take to drop out my parcel?
We ship all orders within 2 - 3 business days since the payment is received - payment for the order. When the shipment of your parcel is done, you will receive an email. In you online account (in order’s comments section) you may a tracking number to track your parcel and a link to ﬁnd where your parcel currently is.
5. May I place an order without preliminary registration?
Yes, you can make registration when you proceed to checkout. It will help you make your future purchases faster and easier because your data will be stored in the system.
6. Is there any shipment geographical restrictions? Can I order the shipment to Vladivostok, for instance?
There are no geographical restrictions for the shipment. Shipment is done within the Russia Federation and CIS. W ship our products internationally as well.
7. Do you ship in other countries?
We ship internationally in any place in the world.
8. How do I get the information that my order was shipped?
After the shipment, you will be notiﬁed by email. Moreover, the status of your order will be updated in your account online (registration needed) - all additional information you will ﬁnd in the comments section of your order.
9. What type of shipment is available?
We offer our clients shipment via Russian Post or CDEK carrier.
10. How soon can I get my parcel if choose shipment via Russian Post?
The shipping time depends on your geographical location and its proximity to Omsk. Usually, 1st class parcel ships within 5 - 10 business days, by road - 10 - 20 business days.
11. How can I ﬁnd the shipping rates to my city?
The shipment rate determines during the checkout automatically. All you have to do is choose the desired item, press proceeds to checkout and enter your shipping address.
