The payment can be done by:

  • by using MIR’s cards, Visa, Mastercard Worldwide, JCB.

Returns

Return of funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the time depends for a transaction depends on your bank that issued your bank card).

Return of the poor quality items is made in the following case:

  • no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase;
  • the item have not lost its presentation and consumer properties;
  • there are purchase documentary, which indicates the conditions of purchase.

Shipping rate is not refundable! The buyer is entitled to refuse the goods until the parcel has been received.

If the items received are defective, the buyer has the right:

  • request replacement of the items with a similar one in terms of characteristics;
  • insist on a discount;
  • apply for a refund.

Condition of return or replacement

Return or replacement is carried out on the following grounds:

  • if there is a written request from the buyer;
  • upon receipt from the buyer of the previously received items of inadequate quality.

The conditions and procedure for the return or replacement of items comply with the standards established by the federal law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. All actions are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
