The online store "HomeLikeShaving", located on the domain address HomeLikeShaving.ru, represented by the individual entrepreneur Babenkov Evgeny Vasilyevich, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publishes this public offer on the sale of goods to individuals and legal entities (the "Buyer") remotely.

1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

1.1.The public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is a public offer addressed to an indeﬁnite number of persons to conclude a contract for the sale of goods remotely with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) under the conditions contained in this Offer, including all Applications.
1.2. Buyer - a fully capable natural person or legal entity purchasing or using goods exclusively for personal, family, household and other needs not related to entrepreneurial activity.
1.3. Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. Online Store - A site on which any Buyer can familiarize themselves with the presented Goods, their description, prices for the Goods; choose a speciﬁc Product, method of payment and delivery of the Goods; make an order.
1.5. Goods - the object of sale (item), not seized and not limited in civil circulation and submitted for sale in the online store by posting in the appropriate section.

1.7. Ordering Goods on the website of the online store - positions selected by the Buyer from the assortment of goods offered for sale when ﬁlling out an application for the purchase of goods on the website of the online store.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.4. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal and legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary to conclude and execute a retail sale contract.

3. THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT

4. ORDERING

4.1. The order of the goods is carried out by the buyer through the service of the website of the online store.
4.2. When ordering, the Buyer agrees to provide the following registration information:

4.2.2. The address which the goods should be delivered to;
4.2.3. E-mail address;
4.2.4. Contact number.
4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article, price of the goods chosen by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's basket on the website of the online store.
4.4. Acceptance by the Buyer of all the terms of the Offer is carried out by the Buyer entering the relevant data into the registration form on the online store website. After placing the Order, data about the Buyer is registered in the Seller's database. Having approved the Order of the selected goods, the Buyer provides the Seller with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure speciﬁed in clause 4.2. of the present Offer.
4.5. The seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.6. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
4.7. In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Goods shall be returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner in which the Goods were paid.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. The seller provides the Buyer with services for the delivery of the goods in one of the ways indicated on the website of the online store.
5.2. Delivery of goods is a separate service that is not mandatory. Money for its implementation is not returned.
5.3. The buyer indicates the place of delivery of the goods when placing the order for the purchase of goods.
5.4. The delivery time of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the processing time of the order and the delivery time.
5.5. Upon receipt of the Order, the Buyer must check the integrity, appearance, quantity of goods and sign the delivery form. The signature on the form indicates that no claims have been made by the Recipient to the Goods.
5.6. Delivery times by Russian Post / EMS are determined by these delivery services, the Seller is not responsible for the timing and violation of these terms by these delivery services.
5.7. In case of loss of a parcel by Russian Post / EMS:
– an application for search may be submitted only after 30 days after the order has been sent;
– an application for the search for a parcel with the Goods is considered by the Russian Post / EMS within 30 days;
– if the search for a parcel with the Goods did not give a positive result, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid for the order by the Buyer in full, including the cost of sending, or, by agreement with the Buyer, the Order is sent again.

6. EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

6.1. The return conditions are speciﬁed on the website in the "Exchange and Return" section..
6.2. Exchange and return of good quality goods:
6.2.1. Return of good quality goods is possible within 14 days.
6.2.2. When returning or exchanging of good quality goods, only the value of the goods is subject to return. Shipping and return shipping charges are not compensated.
6.2.3. Refunds are made within 10 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods to the storehouse.
6.3. Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality:
6.3.1. By a product of inadequate quality is meant a product that is not able to provide its functional qualities due to a signiﬁcant shortage. The difference between the design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a defect in a product or a defect.
6.3.2. When returning or exchanging goods with defect, the shipping cost is also refunded, or free delivery of a similar product for replacement is offered.
6.3.3. If you identify defects in the purchased product, you are entitled to your choice:
– refuse the goods and receive a refund;
– demand replacement of the purchased goods with goods of the same or another model (with recalculation of the price);
– demand a reduction in the price of the goods.
6.4. The Buyer is not entitled to return the discounted Goods to the Seller if the speciﬁed Goods did not ﬁt in shape, dimensions, color, size or conﬁguration. The buyer is notiﬁed that by purchasing the goods at a discount established in connection with its shortcomings (defects), he loses the right to refer to them in the future.
